Great service. Very fast delivery. I've had to return one pair as I ordered two sets by accident. The parcel was left outside our house for a couple of nights while we were away though, so I wouldn't give the carrier full marks.

AMAZING Service even after two years

I bought POGS for my children and we noticed that a few months ago the volume was very very low and we could barely hear anything. I’ve reached out to POGS on Facebook to ask if they had a repair centre and they sent new POGS to my home address to replace the faulty ones that I purchased almost two years ago. I’d advice not to purchase on Amazon because they won’t process the return, try purchasing directly on POGS website. Impecable service and good customer care.
