Shipping fees
- Shipping is free for all orders above £45.
- For orders below £45, a £4,95 shipping fee is charged (£2.95 for accessories because of smaller packages).
If you would like your order to be delivered to a location within the Europe Union, please order through our European website.
Delivery time
- Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched on the same day for arrival the next day or the day after that, depending on where you live. Scotland will be deliverd on the second day if ordered bfore 2PM.
- Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the next day and arrive 2-3 days after the order is placed.
If you would like your order to be delivered to a location within the Europe Union, please order through our European website.
Warranty & Returns
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we hoped you would. If you experience a problem with your headphones, please make sure you have viewed the instruction videos, looked through the FAQs and checked the user manual. If the problem still isn’t resolved, please contact us. We aim to reduce our brand’s impact on the planet, and returns play a big role in this. Over 80% of the headphones that are returned are in perfectly good working order. Returning and replacing headphones involves a lot of shipping and handling. We do not (yet) charge for returns like is starting in other industries. We believe that together we can reduce returns.

Within 14 days from purchase date
If you ordered your product through one of our partners like Amazon, please visit their website to initiate your return.
If you ordered your product through our website, please start your return by filling in your information using the following link. You will be guided through 4 simple steps:
- Enter your order number and postcode. You can find your order number in your order confirmation, it is preceeded by a hashtag (#).
- Select the product(s) you wish to return, and select the reason for return.
- Choose the return shipping method.
- You will then receive instructions on how to return your product, which you will also receive by email. Please return your purchase in original packaging with any accessories included.
You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your package. If you need any support with your return, please reach out to us by email and we will help you out as soon as we can.
2 year warranty (returns after 14 days from purchase date)
In the unfortunate case you have a functional issue with your POGS, you can email us at and and include your order number and a description of the problem you encounter with your POGS. Our customer service will set to work right away to solve your issue.
