We're excited to get your POGS to you as soon as we can. We ship your order directly from our local warehouse in the UK. 

  • Shipping is free for all orders above £30, so all POGS headphones ship for free.
  • For orders below £30, a £3,95 shipping fee is charged  (€2.95 for accessories because of smaller packages).

If you would like your order to be delivered to a location within the Europe Union, please order through our European website.

Warranty & Returns

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we hoped you would. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions and user manual to see if your issue can be solved before returning your product. To return your product, please follow instructions below depending on your situation.

Returns within 14 days after purchase?

To start your return, please fill in your information using the following link. You will be guided through 4 simple steps:

  1. Enter your order number and postcode. You can find your order number in your order confirmation, it is preceeded by a hashtag (#).
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return, and select the reason for return.
  3. Choose the return shipping method.
  4. You will then receive instructions on how to return your product, which you will also receive by email. Please return your purchase in original packaging with any accessories included. 

You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your package. If you need any support with your return, please reach out to us by email and we will help you out as soon as we can.

Warranty

In the unfortunate case you have an issue with your POGS, you can send it back to us within 2 years after purchase. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions and the user manual to see whether your issue can be solved before returning your product .

Problem not resolved? Please email us at and and include your order number and a description of the problem you encounter with your POGS.  Our customer service will set to work right away to solve your issue.
