Great product that continues the life of the headphones . Original cable was lost, but as an easy replacement was available it meant the headphones were still useful and didn’t need to go to landfill. Helping the planet and my wallet. Fantastic idea, I wish other companies were as caring and thoughtful.
We had a pair of gecko headphones for the eldest child and wanted some for the youngest. We had an issue where the headphones weren't working specifically with the app on a tablet but they were on a phone. Contacted Pogs and they fixed the app. Great quality and a company standing by it's product.
We’ve purchased Pogs headphones for both our daughters and when we had an issue with one of the pairs they replaced them immediately without issue, and promptly too. The fact we could get our issue resolved so quickly and hassle free was a breath of fresh air. We’ve since upgraded one of our daughters set of headphones to the larger ones and she is really happy with them. Purchased as a 4th birthday gift for my grandson - he is delighted! They fit well and comfortably. Those around him don’t hear any sound from whatever he is watching on his tablet, everyone is happy!

Product as described. Appears well made. Simple looking design but quite slick and pleasing on the eye. More robust than other children’s headphones but not bulky or clunky in design and definitely going to please younger age groups.
Just returned from 1 week holiday with 7 year old who is very happy. Headphones seemed to cope with the expected stresses of a family holiday abroad.
Only slight downsides are the requirement to purchase the accessories separately and the soft storage case. Personally I would have liked to have seen an option for a more typical firmer shell cover to the case which could also house the required accessories. This sold as a package could be good value for money given the overall price structure of the product is very good
