It can happen though that they get lost or get twisted one too many times. Replacement cable

Cable became damaged so I ordered a new one. Delivery was extremely fast and when I found out Royal Mail had lost my item they replaced it at no extra costs and sent another straight out. Cant recommend them enough. Excellent service

Great Headphones & Customer Service

We brought 2 sets of these headphones for our children to use with their tablets. They loved choosing from the range of great colours.
When they arrived, the kids were excited to start using them. They loved them and we were very happy with the quality and finish of the headphones. They fold away nicely when not in use use or when travelling.
We had a small problem with one of the cables, but POGS quickly replaced the damaged cable. Their communication was quick and responsive and the replacement cables were received promptly.
I would happily recommend the POGS Elephant headphones for your kids - Great for a bit of peace and quiet, knowing the safety features stop the volume going too loud for young ears.

Fixing an issue

So impressed with such amazing customer care. The wires seemed to be causing a problem with the sound. Once the team were informed, a new set of wires were sent out in the post almost immediately

Wires replaced

Love the headphones although grand daughter jammed them in her tablet and wire got broke. Spare wire got sent out , very good customer service . These headphones are very comfortable and sound does not escape. Wee one loves them Would recommend

User manual

Well, we don't actually have a user manual for the cables. It's pretty straight forward, the round plugs fit in the round jack on your headphones and your device. The triangular plugs fit into the triangular jacks on your POGS allowing you to connect multiple POGS together.

You can also connect more than two POGS together with a bit more creativity. After you have hooked up the second headphones using the POGLink cable (triangular plug), then connect the third headphones with the QuickSafe cable (round plug). For the fourth one, once again use a POGLink cable (triangular plug) and so on. To remember easily, just make sure round plugs go into the round holes, triangular plugs into the triangular holes. Please make sure you press the plugs firmly into the jacks.
